It all started with one simple question from a director at Nike: “Why are you successful?”

Honestly, I didn’t know how to answer that question. I just did what I did, because that felt like the right thing to do.
So, I thanked him for the compliment, thinking that would be it.

But he wouldn’t settle for that. He challenged me to make my approach explicit and share it with him in 1:1 sessions. Challenge accepted!

This resulted in a full blown framework for Servant Leadership. As I shared this framework with Nike VP’s and company owners in my network, there was one pillar that kept triggering the most interest.

Psychological safety and trust. How to build that, how to grow this, how to nourish this, how to unlock its power?

These simple questions ultimately led to the creation of the programs that I run today.

I started working in the Nike Culture team, as they happily adopted me to start teaching teams and leaders about the ins and outs of psychological safety.

And after a year of personally experiencing the power of mindset as I healed from advanced stages of cancer, I put it all together.

The three domains of mindset, connection and psychological safety. That was the magic potion I was going to share with the world.

Today, fuelled by gratitude, giving back, and limitless energy, I'm committed to empowering people to shine in the workplace, which brings me to stand here before you now.
