No, the boundaries of the program are fixed, but we can adjust according to your specific business needs, ensuring relevance and impact.
The True Connection Day is also offered as a one off engagement, without any follow-up.

This is where leadership will fully have to step up to the plate. We’ve started this journey together and your leadership is now equipped with the strategies and tools to keep this momentum going.

How is the program structured?
It starts with the immersive True Connection Day. This is a 3-4 hour face to face session where we go deep.
This is followed by six to nine sessions of approximately 2-3 hours each, every three weeks. Follow up sessions are either face to face or online. No hybrid engagement.
