A Structured Journey With Flexibility Built In

How the Program Works
The True Connection Program guides your team through a structured journey of growth.

The journey unfolds across three phases, each building naturally on the one before it.
Phase 1: Being
We begin by shifting the mindset of the team.

It starts with the immersive True Connection Day. This is a 3-4 hour face to face session where we go deep.
This is followed by six to nine sessions of approximately 2-3 hours each, every three weeks. Follow up sessions are either face to face or online. No hybrid engagement.

No, the boundaries of the program are fixed, but we can adjust according to your specific business needs, ensuring relevance and impact.
The True Connection Day is also offered as a one off engagement, without any follow-up.
